The YESS Community is an international multidisciplinary Early Career Researcher (ECR) network with more than 1000 members from over 80 countries. It brings together early career scientists, from both natural and social sciences, working in a field of Earth system science. It is a bottom-up initiative run by its members. YESS works closely with WWRP, GAW and WCRP to get ECRs involved and to provide them with a collective voice. YESS invites interested HIWeather master students, Ph.D. students and postdocs (within 5 years after their last degree) to join and engage in the community.
